Get your IHRA money
IHRA cancelled its 2026 nitro season and racers are still waiting to be paid. On November 17 its tracks go to sealed bid, and much bigger claims are lined up against the same companies. We are filing together in Hamilton, Ohio, so racers keep their place in line.
We support Darryl Cuttell and IHRA. This is protection, not a fight.
Nov 17, 5 p.m. Central. Any track can sell sooner, without notice.

We back Darryl and IHRA
We support Darryl Cuttell and IHRA. We want IHRA racing again, and we want this sport to shine.
This filing is protection from the larger claimants. Claims worth hundreds of millions are pending against the same companies, including a federal lawsuit. When the big claims get in line first, racers get nothing.
A lien keeps racers in line for laps they already ran. Racers get paid alongside everyone else, not after.
I believe Darryl's vision for IHRA came from a true racer's passion. He got over his skis with Elon's xAI. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
I'm proud to have cheered, participated, and sponsored 2 IHRA wins.
Full disclosure. Darryl and I have spoken about Enthusiast Power deployments and follow-on power generation for modular data centers. That's it.

The plan
- Sign upTell us what you are owed and what proves it. It takes five minutes.
- One letterOhio counsel sends one letter for every team that signs up, and asks IHRA to keep racers paid alongside the larger claimants.
- File together in HamiltonCounsel files for the group in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, where IHRA is based, and asks the court to attach property or sale money before the auction closes.
- Judgment and liensThen judgment liens in every county where IHRA owns land, and collection.
A court decides whether to grant an attachment, and it takes a bond. The attorney fund pays for counsel, filing fees and that bond. This is not legal advice. Enthusiast Companies Racing Services is a motorsports services firm, not a law firm. Ohio counsel represents the group in court.
We take 10%
On every $10,000 collected, you keep $9,000.
On every $10,000 collected, you keep about $6,700.
- We take 10% of what you actually collect. Nothing comes in, you owe nothing.
- Counsel is paid from the attorney fund, not from your share.
- If the fund comes up short, you hear it before anything is filed, and you decide.
- Signing up commits you to nothing. You sign our agreement and counsel's engagement letter before anything is filed.
Stay anonymous
- Your name never shows on this site, in the forum or anywhere public unless you say so.
- Want your name kept out of the court filing? Check the box when you sign up. Counsel can file through one claims entity that holds the group's claims, so individual teams are not named in the case.
- Counsel decides what the court requires. IHRA and the court may still learn who is owed as the case goes on.
