Enthusiast Companies LLC was founded in Atlanta in 2004 as a long-horizon development vehicle, anchored by a specialty insurance product for automotive enthusiasts. Over twenty years we have started, operated, and consulted for companies across insurance, automotive, chemicals, energy, and blockchain.

In January 2023 the LLC deployed assets into the formation of Enthusiast Hydrogen Corporation and Enthusiast Products Corporation. Enthusiast Power Corporation followed in January 2025, incorporated in Missouri once the generator technology justified a vehicle of its own. Enthusiast Companies Incorporated stands as the future combination wrapper for the group.

The separation is deliberate. Each corporation carries its own risk, its own intellectual property, its own capital, and its own grant eligibility. Each must earn a standalone footing. Each can raise, partner, or exit independently, on a clean cap table.
